Privacy policy

The short version

This website does not set cookies, does not load anything from a third-party origin, and does not build a profile of you. There are no advertising trackers and no cross-site identifiers.

If you email us or use the contact form, we keep that correspondence to reply to you, nothing more.

What we collect

Browsing this site: nothing. We run no analytics, so we collect no usage data at all. Our host processes the technical request data any web server needs (IP address, user agent, page requested) to deliver the page.

Contacting us: your name, email address and the content of your message, whether sent by email or through the contact form, processed on the lawful basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.

Form submissions and call bookings are handled by Kontacts (kontacts.dev), the form and scheduling tool we use to receive them. Nothing is sent to it while you browse; a request leaves this site only when you press send on the form or book a slot on its page.

Hosting

This site is served by Vercel Inc., a US-headquartered provider acting as both host and CDN. You can check it yourself in ten seconds: every HTTP response from saveops.eu carries a "server: Vercel" header. That is the same check we tell clients to run on their own vendors, so we publish our own answer.

Data protection is covered by contract. Vercel's Data Processing Addendum (last updated 17 March 2026) applies to customers on the Pro plan, which is the plan we are on. It incorporates the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses, Modules Two and Three, together with the UK IDTA and the Swiss addendum.

That is contractual protection, not jurisdictional protection. Under the US CLOUD Act, a US-headquartered provider can still be compelled to produce data it controls. Here that means the technical request data any web server sees, because we set no cookies, run no analytics and hold no accounts.

What is true regardless of who hosts the site: no cookies, no trackers, no cross-site identifiers, and no third-party network requests when a page loads. The one request to another origin is the one you choose to trigger by submitting the contact form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of any personal data we hold about you, and you may object to or restrict its processing. Email us and we will action it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
