Hetzner is a German provider offering market-leading IaaS pricing, but no managed Kubernetes, databases or messaging. Azure VMs and block storage have direct equivalents; AKS, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB and identity become self-hosted. Blob->S3 rewrite applies, plus you build the operational layer.
